EXPERT WITNESS SERVICES

Dr. Ronald Stephens has been called to Washington, DC on five occasions to testify before Congressional and Senatorial committees in the areas of school crime and youth violence prevention. Dr. Stephens has also worked with the governors and legislators in more than a dozen states to provide legal technical assistance in the area of school law. In addition, he testified before the United States Senate Judiciary Committee.

Dr. Stephens is recognized as an expert witness in numerous state courts and federal jurisdictions throughout the United States. He has worked with local school districts in connection with several major school shootings and crises including Columbine High School in Littleton, CO; Paducah, KY; Pearl, MS; Bethel, AK; Moses Lake, Washington; Benton, Kentucky; Parkland, Florida; Red Lake, MN; Erie, PA; Oklahoma City terrorist bombing; New Orleans, LA; Tacoma, WA; Broward County, FL: Los Angeles, New York and a host of others.  Dr. Stephens is available to assist school districts, administrators, law enforcement agencies and crime victims in matters relating to school safety.
